Dispatch times
All orders are handmade in my studio here in the UK.
Artwork and designs for custom orders are processed within four days. These are then crafted by me, packaged and shipped within a few days
If you need a rush order, please contact me as soon as possible with your requirements and I will do all I can to help.
If there are any delays, you will be notified immediately.
Shipping is applied at checkout and I will combine all items into as few parcels as possible.
I ship worldwide with Royal Mail International tracked and signed service

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make it right as soon as possible!

I have a free lifetime repairs service - I want you to enjoy your jewellery for as long as possible, so if there are any issues, just contact me and I will fix it and get it back to you so you can enjoy it all over again!
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, which include our custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and when approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
