Dispatch times

All orders are handmade in my studio here in the UK.

All my made to order items are processed and made within 2-3 days - I will keep you updated along the way and notify you immediately if there are any delays - you can contact me anytime if you need any help with anything :)

All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 hours postage with tracking for domestic shipping and should take approx. 2-3 days to be delivered

International shipping for the USA is via Royal Mail international tracked, which can take approx. 7-14 days 

If you need a rush order, please contact me as soon as possible with your requirements and I will do all I can to help.

If there are any delays, you will be notified immediately.

Shipping is applied at checkout and I will combine all items into as few parcels as possible.

Returns

Didn't quite work out? Not a problem …

For domestic returns within the UK, I have a 30-day returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For international returns from the USA -I have a 60-day returns policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return postage if item is not damaged.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can make it right as soon as possible!

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, which include our custom products (such as special orders or personalised items).  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

I will notify you once I've received and inspected your return, and when approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method

Please remember it can take a little time for your bank or credit card company to process a refund, but I will keep you updated as soon as it's been issued.
